The way I have gotten by is to update my Tool Palettes, copy my files ( in C:\Users(Username)\AppData\Roaming(or could be Local')\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2016\R20.1\enu\Support\ToolPalette ) to the server, and then go workstation to workstation copying and pasting and overwriting the existing local files on each computer. I administer the CAD standards for my small company and I am wondering the same thing as I ask drafters to use the Tool Palettes to uphold our standards.
